We all know how important it is to move our bodies — but not everyone feels at home in a gym. That’s why we have two class pathways that bridge the gap between physio, personal training, and traditional exercise spaces. With small group sizes and expert guidance, our classes offer a safe, structured, and supportive environment to help you build strength, move better, and feel confident in your body — no matter your starting point.
Classes include Clinical Reformer, Clinical Strength, and Bumps + Bubs.
Our newest pathway, SPG Move, is led by our exercise scientists and features four new class styles: Strong (everyday to high performance strength and conditioning), Thrive (for bone health, balance and optimising strength for everyday life), Flow (yoga-inspired mobility), and Carve + Condition (ski fitness for the winter season)— all designed to help you build strength and confidence to function at your best.
If you’re currently managing an acute injury,, we recommend starting with a physiotherapy consultation. Your physio will assess your needs and recommend the best class for you. If you’re injury-free, looking to manage longer term issues already managed by a physio, or ready just to take your exercise to a new level, book an initial consultation with our Exercise Scientist, Monique, to get started.
Yes – if you’re attending a class within our SPG Focus pathway (led by physiotherapists), you can claim it under your physiotherapy extras cover. Classes in our SPG Move pathway (led by exercise scientists) are not eligible for health fund rebates.

Like any form of exercise, consistency is key.
Absolutely! They’re designed to complement each other and cover a wide range of needs. Many of our clients move between both to have a well rounded exercise program. Chat with your physio to find the best combination and timing for you.
VALD testing uses world-leading technology to measure your strength, balance, and movement with precision. It gives us objective, real-time data on how your body is functioning — identifying imbalances, weaknesses, or areas that need improvement.
